I’ve been doing well after liposuction, and even though I’ve been too busy to get any special aftercare, I’ve maintained it well!! Instead, I bought a massage gun for home and use it occasionally to loosen things up, and it’s good!! I use one that isn’t too cheap and can switch between several different attachments. My back hasn’t really needed much care, since there’s no noticeable hardening or visible signs, so I’ve mostly been taking care of my love handles. I’ve also been eating a lot, but people around me keep asking why I’ve lost so much weight. Honestly, I did have surgery and I’m very satisfied with how things are going. It really does make the hips and pelvis stand out more when the love handles are gone 🥺
