At the 2-week visit, they told me to buy a sports bra, so I bought a Nike Indy Light in size M. They showed me how to wear it, and when I came back one month later, they told me to bring an Emefeel bra. I had booked early and went in, but the waiting time was a bit long T_T They told me to put the upper band back on until the 2-month follow-up, so I did, but it was really uncomfortable, though it was for beauty T_T Still, they said to wear it only at home and while sleeping, so that was a relief T_T Up through weeks 2 to 3, I often had sharp, stabbing pain, and when I woke up after sleeping, I felt stiff, but after about a month the stabbing feeling had mostly gone away, and unless I'm lifting something really heavy, daily life isn't much affected lol I always feel this, but the happiest moment is when I put on clothes and look in the mirror!! It still isn't an UlU shape, but my chest was very narrow and pointed, so I think time will solve it. Since it's far from home, they did Caps twice each time I went and really paid attention to me, so I'm grateful.
