A real review. I had breast surgery in December 2025, and before that I had basically nothing at all. Even when I wore an A-cup bra, the bra still stood away from my chest. It bothered me when I got dressed, so I had breast surgery and chose Motiva. I truly had no intention of going big at all, and now I'm around a 75B. To me, this even feels a little bigger than I expected. The result is very satisfying. First of all, it's honestly amazing that it doesn't hurt at all, not even one bit. The surgeon is famous for being painless, and that was a big part of it. My friends said they felt like they were going to die from how much it hurt, so I was really scared, but when I had surgery with Director Yoon, it truly didn't hurt even a single bit. It ended up looking very natural for surgery, but since I had no natural volume to begin with, it still shows a bit. So I'm thinking about partial fat grafting. (If anyone has tried breast fat grafting or knows someone who recommends it, please tell me) It hasn't even been a year yet, so I think it's still in the process of becoming more natural, and the feel is also still softening. Honestly, I can't call it fully natural, but compared with having breast surgery, it looks really natural. If I had had just a little bit of natural volume, I think it would have been barely noticeable. In my case, I think the visibility is also because I'm so skinny, so there's nothing I can do about that. The end.
