Breast augmentation + accessory breast removal + cleavage hybrid fat grafting. 160/46 kg, chest circumference 68, breast base width 11.5, transaxillary incision, dual-plane Mentor Xtra. I had surgery 5 days ago with 270 on the left and 310 on the right.
My skin is thin and my left side has a relatively more prominent bone structure, so because my breasts were asymmetric, they used different implant types to match them as much as possible! And since, as in the photo, I don't have much flesh on the front and my bones stand out, they also recommended fat grafting to the cleavage because they were worried the implant edges might look artificial (like bowl-shaped breasts) or that the cleavage might not come together well, so I did that too, along with accessory breast removal!
When planning the surgery, they were going to use 330, but while checking with sizers during surgery, the director said 330 was too much and reduced it to 310.
The discomfort and pain were only until day 4, and from day 5 I feel like I can really live normally again. But the swelling in my breasts seems to have gone down into my abdomen instead, because my stomach is super swollen, and the area where fat was taken from my thighs is full of bruising and swelling... Ah, I've been struggling a lot because I still couldn't poop, so for everyone who's going to have surgery, make sure to buy laxatives or prune juice in advance! You'll probably need them.
It's day 5 after surgery, so the shape still isn't pretty, but what do you all think? Do you think it turned out well?? I'm a little worried because the side volume of my breasts is less than I expected. When do the upper fullness go down and the tissue loosen enough to start looking natural?
