Hello, first of all, I’m planning my third surgery this time, and for the second surgery I used autologous costal cartilage. The shape became way too pointed, so I went back for a revision consultation after 2 years, and they told me my condition was much worse than I expected. They said that when removing the hump, they didn’t preserve my own nasal bone and shaved it down, and that the inside of the nose had collapsed, possibly because of the silicone weight. There had been no explanation about any of this after the first two surgeries, so I was shocked when I found out for the first time... I couldn’t even tell when it had happened. I had thought it was only an external issue, but after learning that the inside was also severe, I felt like I should look into well-known revision surgery hospitals a bit more, so I’m searching around... Would it be enough if I went to places like ᄀㅇㅅ, ᄑㄹㅁ, ᄉㅇㅅ? (I don’t know where this last one is, so could someone tell me the full name if possible) I’d be so grateful if you could recommend hospitals. I’ve mostly just been reading quietly all this time, but right now I’m so desperate... If I do get surgery within this year, I’ll come back with a review at least. Thank you
