Finally, I finished everything, from DMs all the way to surgery and came back After posting my consultation review, I kept thinking about it, and in the end I kept remembering how that doctor had shaped the line for me back then, so I didn’t look at any other places and went ahead with surgery! On the day of surgery, when I lay down on the operating table, I honestly thought my heart was going to burst and I was freaking out? But the doctor and the nurse talked to me so gently and kindly that I barely managed to keep myself together It’s week one, so there’s still a little bruising around the line, and I also have quite a bit of puffiness from eating ramen and going to sleep, so I’m a bit swollen But the most amazing thing is that even through this swelling, I can see the asymmetry that had stressed me out so much is gone!! Before, when I opened my eyes, I used to lift my eyebrows with my forehead muscles, and I was always told I looked sleepy, right? Now I can just open them comfortably and my pupils are fully visible... The actual feeling of opening my eyes is completely different, so I’m experiencing a whole new world The in-out line the doctor recommended is showing little by little through the swelling, and it’s settling into exactly the line he pointed out during the consultation. I want to praise my past self so much for being so scared of getting “sausage eyes”... It seems to have settled naturally with literally zero overcorrection!! Just like the manager told me, I’ve been living with cold packs on my eyes and walking a lot Watching the swelling go down day by day is pretty fun Right now I’m still a bit puffy, but I’m already looking forward to how pretty it’ll be once all the swelling is gone and it looks natural!!
