The sausage-eye look is gone, and since I also had upper eye fat repositioning, the hollow area is filled in too It was set at a semi-out line with just the right height, so that was great. For the nose, they extended the septum, tied the cartilage, and used ear cartilage plus donated rib cartilage to shape it, and I think they gave it a glamorous aesthetic so it came out as a line that suits my face well There is no upturned-looking tip anymore, so my nostrils no longer show from the front either. I spent a really huge amount of money on cosmetic surgery along the way, but since it finally came out the way I wanted, I do not regret it
