3-month review of rhinoplasty without implants at [Clinic A] for a dorsal hump nose

I had wanted rhinoplasty for a long time and looked into many places on my own as well. Then I felt reassured by the fact that [Clinic A] has a single lead surgeon, runs CCTV, and limits the number of surgeries per day to two, so I ended up having surgery there! I have always been a somewhat cautious person, so rather than being greedy, I wanted to naturally improve the weak points of my nose, and the surgeon reflected my needs as much as possible. The feeling that they valued safe, natural results more than overdoing the look made me trust them even more. Since it was my first surgery, I worried a lot and thought about it constantly, and whenever that happened I contacted the coordinator. She always replied kindly and really comforted me when I felt anxious, so I was truly grateful. The surgeon also kindly explained every question one by one each time I visited, so I was able to be taken care of comfortably before and after the surgery. I had a dislike for silicone, so I did not use it, and the procedure was done in a way that raised the nose as naturally and beautifully as possible within my own nose. They also did a slight osteotomy, but there was almost no swelling or bruising, and as time passed the swelling at the tip also went down a lot. Maybe because of the osteotomy, the overall nose shape feels sleeker and more refined than before. It has been 3 months since the surgery now, and because I had proceeded rather conservatively in the first place, people around me did not really notice at first. But when I showed them my before photo, they said it definitely looked different! The nose line at the tip has become much smoother, and the tip has risen naturally, so for me, whose goal was to look prettier without it being obvious, this is a very satisfying result. The crooked part of the nose is also better balanced, so I was told my impression looks a bit more refined. If you want rhinoplasty that is natural and safe, not too excessive but still pretty, I think you could trust them with it. The more time passes, the more natural it feels, so the satisfaction is really high. My younger sibling even says they want to get it done there too, so I am completely satisfied!
