My nose had a lot of issues... bulbous nose, crooked nose, and an aquiline bridge too. Director Hong Seong-mun at G&G shaped it beautifully into a straight-line profile that still looks natural When I looked at the CT, the inside of my nose was extremely crooked. I was told my nasal obstruction was due to a deviated septum. For the bridge, they only filled it slightly and used the septum cartilage, and because the tip cartilage was so crooked they used autologous costal cartilage. Since there was also an aquiline bridge and a drooping tip, I just wanted the shape to come out clean, but the line came out so well that I am really happy.. My nasal obstruction also improved a lot, so my nose swells less now, and being more confident about my side profile has made me happy lately.. The donor site for the autologous costal cartilage has also been fine without pain or scarring, probably thanks to my diligent scar care, so I think autologous costal cartilage is really not bad. Also, the hospital handled the insurance claim documents well, so I got my reimbursement without any hassle lol💕 If you are looking for a place that does both function and aesthetics well, I definitely recommend giving ㅈㅇㅈ a try.
