Be careful when deciding on a nose job

I had nose surgery about 7-8 years ago, but only on the tip. Back then I went ahead too casually without really researching, and I kept not liking the shape of my nose.;; I went in for a consultation thinking, "Let’s just do it before I get any older," and the lead doctor gave me a very thorough consultation and recommended a nose shape, which I liked. Then I ended up getting fat grafting that I felt might be needed for my face too (they did liposuction from my thigh for it). During the consultation, I also decided to do the fat grafting together. Because I had done it before, I wasn’t scared of going into the operating room, and since it’s clearly a hospital that does a lot of surgeries, the system was organized, so it was comfortable. But the wait was a bit long.. Right after surgery, the pain was less than I expected, so I was surprised, but for about a week the liposuction area and the ribs were incredibly, incredibly uncomfortable (it was autologous costal cartilage). I had a hard time for three weeks, but I was satisfied with the nose shape! So it was okay, and it’s been about 3 months since the nose surgery now, and I like it, so I think I was really right to do it again.. haha The fat grafting area should have had a second session, but I’ve only done the first session so far, and even so, I feel like my face has become much smoother than before, so I’m happy haha
