I had autologous costal cartilage nose surgery to improve a bulbous nose, and now it has been 6 months. There is still a very slight amount of swelling, but the part where the nasal tip becomes a hook nose when I smile, and the overall dull impression caused by the bulbous nose, have improved. People around me say my impression has changed a lot, and unless someone has a sharp eye, they may not even realize I had nose surgery. I think it turned out naturally. I had it done by Director Kim Hyun-ju at Al You Plastic Surgery, and they used autologous costal cartilage and a 3D custom implant (Innofit)!
