I had nose surgery 6 years ago, but as time passed I kept feeling disappointed with the line of my nose. It was not that the first surgery was a complete failure, but the shape of the tip and the overall mood were a little different from what I wanted, so I started thinking about revision surgery. For revision nose surgery, I did not want the image to change too drastically, and I wanted a neatly refined slightly straight line while staying close to my original facial vibe. During my consultation with Director Choi Hang-seok at Tiana Plastic Surgery, I told him the direction I wanted, and he calmly pointed out the current condition of my nose and what would be needed for revision, which I liked. He checked the bridge line, the dorsal hump feeling, the tip that looked droopy, and even the nasolabial angle overall, and rather than making it flashy no matter what, he explained a direction for creating a naturally straight line suited to my face, which made me trust him. He also designed the tip not to be sharply raised like I wanted it, but to be rounded and stable, so I felt a bit less burdened even though it was revision surgery. After the surgery, the line from the bridge to the tip feels much smoother than before. The part that used to look uneven because of the hump has been refined, and the tip that looked like an arrow nose has also improved, so the side view looks much cleaner than before. The tip is shaped in a rounded way, not too pointy, just as I wanted, so I am satisfied. My overall image did not change much, but only the nose line feels stylishly refined, so I think I made the right decision to have revision surgery. I was very worried because this was a revision nose surgery after 6 years, but Director Choi Hang-seok seems to have reflected the natural slightly straight line and round tip I wanted very well. The overall vibe was kept without feeling overly changed, and only the disappointing parts were refined, so I like the result!!
