A while back I had nose surgery at another hospital with an L-shaped silicone implant and ear cartilage. As time passed, my nose kept getting more and more lifted and contracture developed. Was it because silicone had been inserted all the way into the tip too? I was upset, but I think I just kept working and lived passively like that.
As time went on, the tip got harder and breathing became uncomfortable too, and I felt like a functional problem had developed, so I finally realized I really needed revision nose surgery.

As a staff member, I knew the hospital safety system better than anyone, but once I experienced it as a patient, I realized these parts really are important. Everyone, before surgery, please be sure to go somewhere with a full medical checkup and an anesthesiology specialist. After surgery, recovering in the inpatient room was so comfortable, and they carefully checked the swelling and progress too. Looking at the post-op photos, doesn’t the tip look much better? T_T I can finally go about my days smiling now.
