I had my first nose surgery three years ago, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the result.. From the front, the tip still looked spread out and blunt, and although the bridge was okay, the tip kept catching my eye, so it really bothered me when I looked at photos. I thought a lot about revision surgery, but I just couldn’t gather the courage.
