I am now 3 months into my saddle nose revision surgery. The swelling and texture have definitely improved, and only the tip of my nose is slightly upturned. I am in Australia, so I cannot get follow-up checks at the clinic, but I am living day by day feeling satisfied! And I also think choosing not to get cartilage injection was a good choice. From now on, I just need to be a little more careful and keep my nose from getting injured. As for the tip, they said it was rebuilt with autologous costal cartilage after septal reconstruction, and for the bridge they laid down a little autologous costal cartilage and fascia. They said the bridge can become bumpy because of the nature of thinly laid autologous costal cartilage, but I hope it does not show. I have no regrets about getting nose surgery from Director Kim Hyeon-ju, and my acquaintances keep asking where they should go for nose surgery, and I just tell them to go to ALU Plastic Surgery without hesitation!!
