It has been 5 years since I had alar reduction! I was so satisfied right after surgery. It looked prettier, but the result was so natural that I could not even tell exactly why it looked better, which made it even better. If someone around me is thinking about it, I can recommend it without hesitation. Now my alae have widened again because of bad habits, so I am thinking about revision surgery.
