I had revision nose surgery in 2025, and just 4 months later the cartilage at the tip of my nose was showing badly, and I was really losing my mind, so I kept visiting this community dozens of times and looking for info on what to do 😭😭 I also went to consult at other hospitals and even considered full removal, but if I removed everything, I felt like I’d end up getting another nose revision anyway... So after a lot of deliberation, I got tip correction (AS) at the hospital where I had my surgery. I heard they were using AlloDerm, and before surgery I looked up reviews about AlloDerm, but there were barely any 😂😂 So I’m leaving a review now so I can later see how the AlloDerm gets absorbed. Revision: silicone 1~2, autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage AS: removal of ear cartilage, AlloDerm at the nose tip and columella, smoothing the silicone More time still needs to pass for the swelling to go down, and for the absorption to progress so I can know the final result, but for now I’m satisfied after the tip AS!!!
