I was really worried because this was a revision rhinoplasty, but in the end I’m very satisfied. After the first surgery, my long nose and arrow-shaped nose looked even more pronounced, and as time passed, the tip cartilage started to show through, so I felt a lot of stress every time I looked in the mirror. I didn’t like either the front view or the side view, so I decided to get a revision, and after consulting at several clinics, I chose carefully. During the consultation, they went over all of my concerns one by one in detail, including my long nose, drooping tip, arrow-nose impression, and visible cartilage, and they designed it to improve my face naturally instead of just making it higher, which gave me confidence. In the early period after surgery, there was swelling, but as time passed, the tip settled in naturally, the long-nose look improved a lot, and the drooping-looking tip was lifted to an appropriate degree, giving me a much softer impression. Most of all, the visible cartilage that had bothered me the most was resolved, which really put my mind at ease, and the side profile is refined without being excessive, so I’m very satisfied. I had a lot of concerns because it was a revision, but thanks to the medical team’s thorough consultation and attentive aftercare, I was able to recover with peace of mind. Before, I wasn’t confident about taking photos, but now I’m satisfied with both the front and side views, and I’ve gained a lot of confidence. I hope this helps anyone who is considering revision surgery because of a long nose, arrow nose, or visible cartilage like I was.
