My nose originally had a hump and the bridge line wasn't very smooth, so every time I looked at my side profile, my nose bothered me the most. The tip also looked a little broad, and the nostrils caught my eye, so I wanted to create an overall tidy nose line. I wanted to avoid implants like silicone as much as possible, so while looking for a place that could improve it naturally without implants and create a bridge line that harmonized well with my face, I ended up getting a consultation at Tiana Plastic Surgery. During my consultation with Director Choi Hang-seok, he carefully looked at everything one by one in my nose: the hump, the parts that needed osteotomy, the height of the tip, and even the nostril line. What I liked was that they were not aiming to make it high and flashy no matter what, but instead to shape the line naturally to suit my facial atmosphere, and they explained in detail how septal cartilage and donated rib cartilage would be used, so I understood the surgical plan well. I said I preferred a surgery without implants, and they took that into full consideration when making the plan, which made me trust them even more after the consultation. After surgery, the uneven hump line was smoothed out, and the flow from the bridge to the tip became much softer. The tip also became more defined than before, but it doesn't feel overly artificial, so I’m satisfied because it feels tidied up to match my original face. Since the nostril line was lowered too, my nose looks more stable from the front, and the overall impression seems cleaner. I was worried because there were so many parts of my nose that needed work, but I think I made the right choice by having Director Choi Hang-seok at Tiana do it. Even though it was done without implants, the result is a line that suits my face harmoniously, so I'm very satisfied, and because it doesn't look overly operated on unless I mention it, I like it even more. If you want a natural but clearly refined nose line, I think it might be worth getting a consultation at Tiana.
