I had nostril reduction and slightly raised the alar rim, and the doctor said it would be good to lift the columella a little too, so I did that as well. I know it can look lifted because of swelling, but it is lifted so much that it looks like a completely contracted nose lol T_T My nose is on the low side, so maybe that is why it lifted more. The columella also looks like it has caved in, and it is day 5 after surgery, but the shape is almost the same as on the day of surgery. The manager says it will come down in 2 weeks, but will it really be okay lol T_T It has to come down within 2 weeks... I did not know even just the columella could lift like this.
