It’s day 7 after nose surgery, and today I went to the hospital to get the splint removed. Before that, while I was getting ready, the inside of my nose was so swollen that I couldn’t smell anything. So I went to the hospital wondering what was going on, and the surgeon looked at it and said blood had pooled inside the septum and needed to be removed, so they took it out and packed my nose with gauze again (back to hell...). Now that the blood has been drained, will it get better? They say if a hematoma forms, it can lead to inflammation and contracture, and I’m so scared. I never want to have surgery again T_T
