A real review from someone who paid out of pocket. My nose was originally small and had a bulbous-nose look, so after looking up tons of reviews and getting a recommendation from an acquaintance, I decided to get my first surgery from Dr. Park Geunghm at Mighty Plastic Surgery: silicone for the bridge + rib cartilage for the tip. I was worried about a protruding mouth, so I first got a consultation at an orthodontic specialty clinic and then came to the plastic surgery clinic. They said it was not a protruding mouth, but that my midface was recessed and made me look like I had one, so I decided on surgery right away. From the consultation, the coordinator and the chief doctor were kind, and they did not push unnecessary procedures. They pointed out exactly what I needed, and I trusted the confident attitude they had toward their own surgery. For the first 3 days after surgery, sleeping while sitting up was a bit uncomfortable, but now that about 3.5 months have passed, almost all the swelling is gone except for a little residual swelling at the tip, and it has been completed with the line I wanted. People around me say it looks natural and well done, and personally, I am very satisfied because the protruding-mouth complex has been resolved~!
