My nose was originally low and short, and even after surgery it was at the point where you could barely tell I had nose surgery, so I got a revision. I wanted it to be high and centered as much as possible while still looking elegant, and overall it’s moderately natural and I’m satisfied, but because costal cartilage was taken out, the scar still hasn’t faded, so that part is a little disappointing. Overall, it fits my face well and I’m satisfied.
