I used 6 mm silicone in the nose, and for the tip I used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. If I remove the silicone and ear cartilage and only leave the septal cartilage, will the nose look too pointy..?? And since my nasal bridge was raised a lot, I’m worried that if I remove the bridge silicone and leave only the septal cartilage at the tip, there might be a step or it might look awkward.. Also, among people who had a lot of height added and then had it removed, is there anyone who can share a review.. Please.. Will the bridge go back down to the level of my original nose shape?? Then it would basically be back to zero If I don’t remove the blood-bathed removal, will it stay even a little higher??
