Nose Re-Surgery

Inflammation caused by an open loop after full removal

I was doing fine normally, but only after a year did the pressure between my eyebrows become especially severe. If it gets worse, my whole face starts twitching. I kept holding my phone and searching, and when I watched https://youtu.be/U89LONuuufQ?si=-NwGopVEkrZ7Bpx- it felt like me.. At the first surgery, the nasal bridge was badly split. After that, there wasn’t any major inflammatory contracture response, but because of the pressure from the glabella tightening, I had it fully removed. Even after removal, the same glabella tightness and pressure came back and started progressing again. The hospital says they removed it properly and insists that if everything has been removed, there’s no chance of inflammation, so what could be the reason? It seems like an inflammatory reaction is happening from the open loop. There’s a round bump sticking out right on that bridge area, so it was weird to begin with; I’m going to an ENT clinic on Monday, but since it was removed, is there anything that can be done? Ugh, I really don’t want to live
