Thanks to everyone, I got a lot of information and had my entire nose removed today~~I had surgery once 13 years ago using silicone + septal cartilage! It seems they raised the bridge with silicone and used septal cartilage to extend it and raise the tip..Today, during the removal, the hospital showed me the foreign materials that had been inside my nose and the harvested septal cartilage, and the amount of septal cartilage was much larger than I expected, so I'm really worried... Every hospital I visited for removal consultations said my original nose was very small, so I don't think I originally had that much septal cartilage to begin with..How does the amount of harvested septal cartilage look to you??At the hospital where I had the full removal today, they said septal reinforcement didn't seem necessary, so they didn't reinforce it with that, and they said they removed everything that had been inside cleanly, but no matter how I look at it, the amount of harvested septal cartilage seems way too large... It won't lead to saddle nose, or the columella folding in, or collapse, right...????
