I have full removal scheduled for this week, and I’m having the silicone removed from the alar cartilage through a closed approach. For anyone who has had removal before, when can you start working out..? lol It’s not anything intense, but I need to practice dancing. Would it be possible after 2-3 weeks?? Also, it’s been so long since I had my nose surgery that I can’t remember, but are there things that are good to prepare before surgery?
