I had nose removal surgery + septal reinforcement at GYS (HYRS) a week ago! About 8 years ago, I had septal extension, and this time they removed it and said they reused that cartilage for the septal reinforcement. But there is a bulging sensation in the nostrils, especially the left nostril, like something is protruding.. Could it be related to the septal reinforcement? If I want to get rid of this, does that mean I have to remove the septal reinforcement to make it stop..?
