Would this be called septorhinoplasty? As someone with a congenital depressed columella, I'm thinking about removing the whole nose except lowering the columella only (taking it down), but do any of you have experience with that? I'm certain about removing everything, but I'm still worried about the columella part, so I keep thinking about it ㅇㅅㅇ;; What should I do The surgery is this week already, and I'm torn over whether to do the columella part or not....
