For a guy, I’d say I’m pretty interested in looks. I tried Hi-Ko at a clinic recommended by an acquaintance to improve my hooked nose and drooping tip, but it didn’t have much effect. Threads and fillers just couldn’t support my nose all the way. That was already 3 years ago;; I think I looked hard from the beginning for which hospital had a lot of reviews for male noses. Then I had a consultation with Director Lim Ji-hong at High End, and there seems to be a reason he’s so famous. He seemed to understand exactly what I wanted, and because he designed everything so smoothly, I trusted him even more. The hump was corrected with osteotomy, and I also had correction for the crooked nose, bulbous nose, and columella/nasolabial angle. Since I wanted to use my own tissue as much as possible, I used ear cartilage and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. My nose tip was drooping a lot, so he said that if I wanted it properly and clearly lifted, rib cartilage would be necessary. The swelling has gone down a lot now, and it feels slimmer than before, so I’m satisfied. My friends used to say, what kind of guy gets plastic surgery, but after seeing how well mine turned out, they’re all saying they want to get it too. I even brought them all along for a consultation because I think people like Director Lim should earn even more money. Some of my friends have already booked appointments. It was a place I was satisfied enough with to recommend to people I know.
