How does MegaDerm feel when used?

I'm thinking of removing the silicone because of pressure pain and putting in MegaDerm instead, but does MegaDerm also feel very foreign...? I'm curious whether it causes pressure pain or something like that.

If I have the full nose removed, how long does the bruising usually take to go away? I know it varies from person to person... but after my nose surgery, I think the bruising lasted about 7 to 9 days... will it last that long after removal
