When I asked whether a step-off would form later, they said they would make it so natural that no step-off would form How much can I trust that? The hospital is one of the big three for removal... There must be quite a few people who had surgery like this, but there are no real reviews, so it is frustrating. The cost is also quite high, so I’m torn. My skin is already thin, and this would be my third time opening it up... so I want to be careful If you reinforce only the tip with ear cartilage, is sagging or a step-off just a matter of the surgeon’s skill?
