I had silicone in the bridge and ear cartilage at the tip, and I went in for removal consultation. They told me contracture will happen and the nose will lift, so I need to reinforce the tip with costal cartilage. Has anyone tried that? Honestly I want to remove everything, but now they are telling me to put more things in, and my head hurts.. But if they say the nose will lift, I also cannot just tell them not to add it
