Deciding between [Clinic A] and [Clinic B] for full nose removal..

This is for removing silicone, Medpor, and so on. [Clinic A] looked at my condition and said it could be done without an open approach, and there would be no need for reinforcement, but if reinforcement were needed, they would use autologous cartilage. [Clinic B] is open approach and likewise said there would be no need for reinforcement, but if reinforcement were needed, they would use costal cartilage. The rest of the consultation was pretty similar. I’m fine with nasal packing, so that’s not a problem. After the consultation, I’m leaning toward [Clinic A], but there seem to be some bad reviews, so that worries me.. Other hospitals all say it has to be open, so it also bothers me that this is the only place saying it can be done without an open approach (I want a closed approach, but I’m worried it might not be removed properly or that it could cause more damage during removal). Still, there must be a reason it’s one of the top three, right? [Clinic B] had good reviews, so it was my first choice while researching on my own, but after the consultation, [Clinic A] is also appealing, so I’m really torn.. T_T Please give me advice T_T
