Does anyone have experience with osteotomy and full removal of the nose????? I want to go to [Clinic A] for full removal, but it seems like there are only people who had silicone, nose tip, or septum work done. I cannot find anyone who had osteotomy on the lateral or medial side and then full removal after that. When I went for a consultation, [Clinic A] only said that after removal, any step-off can only be addressed with filler or something like that... I am wondering whether the nose tip needs to be redone as a revision... If anyone had osteotomy and then removal, could you let me know???
