I keep going in circles and in the end I keep looking at removal It was also the method the hospital recommended, and I guess I still want a little more from the tip... But I'm worried whether there might be any step-off or other issues I asked two hospitals known for removal about revision surgery. One place said to shave down the hump and build it up with dermis, and the other said to remove everything and use ear cartilage to raise only the tip... haha. Ah, I really can't decide. I prefer a natural look!!
