The hospital facilities were neat and good, and everyone was kind, but the staff and manager were clearly lacking in professionalism. They would just look at the price menu, punch numbers into a calculator, come in with the doctor and participate in the consultation, but they were looking at the floor. I questioned whether they really understood surgery compared to other places, and because their explanations lacked accuracy, my trust went down. The doctor was quiet and kind, and recommended lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting, but because every other place besides this hospital advised against lower blepharoplasty, I did not end up considering it on my list. More than anything, there are a lot of conditions for photo review posts, and if you post a video there are always discount negotiations and similar conditions, which is tiring.
