I had a CT scan and then met the director after my first visit. The director has a definite Faker look and gives off a mad scientist vibe. The one off-putting thing was that he suddenly switched to casual speech. There was quite an age gap, so I wasn't really offended, but I did think, huh? He speaks pretty honestly, saying things like a crooked nose can't be fixed 100%, and without silicone the facial structure won't allow major changes. The manager also seemed kind and gave off a vibe of not wanting to burden the customer, which I thought was really good. As I was leaving the hospital, I thought that if I got surgery there, I probably wouldn't end up a total disaster at minimum, but I found another place that seemed better overall and was cheaper for almost the exact same surgery, so I didn't choose it in the end.
