I went for my first consultation, and first the manager took note of what I wanted to ask, then I had the consultation with the surgeon. First of all, having the manager come in together felt a little uncomfortable. I wanted to talk one on one with the surgeon... And they explained the structural limitations and I could tell they approach surgery conservatively. They also showed before-and-after photos, but I did not like them. There was a same-day booking discount, so I did feel a bit pressured about that part. They seem like they would do the surgery conservatively and well, but there might not be a big change.
