Mark review

In 2022 I had silicone + septal extension / ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + hump osteotomy, and now in 2026, at a hospital specializing in removal, I had the columellar support removed and everything else taken out. And since I was removing it anyway, I wanted to leave a review of my first surgery hospital... First of all, the director's consultation was far too perfunctory... It was my first consultation, but it didn't even take 5 minutes with the director. I felt like I had to be careful about what I asked, so I couldn't get a proper consultation and ended up on the operating table. They said they would explain everything in detail on the day of surgery, but on the day of surgery, what, 5 minutes?? In my mind it felt like 1 minute, lol, and the director just said everything alone and it was over ^^ Even so, why did I choose them? I don't know... I guess I was just tired of everything... lol The surgery itself was satisfying. I told them I wanted it to look REALLY glamorous and asked them to raise the area between the brows a lot!!, and they inserted the silicone starting from below the glabella, so there was a slight step, and the tip of the nose looked relatively high. But in the end I judged that the result the director made was better If it had turned out the way I wanted, I think I would have regretted it and hit my head against the wall. The problem was a silicone inflammatory reaction. Starting from the 2-month mark, only part of the nasal bridge would puff up with a pop!! and turn red, and because this kept repeating, it seemed like inflammation. This was the first time I learned that silicone can cause inflammatory side effects. This side effect can't really be called the hospital's fault, but when I visited because I was worried, I was very disappointed by how irresponsibly they responded. I was mentally struggling so much... I kept enduring the repeated inflammation and antibiotics, but by now even antibiotics no longer eased the symptoms; it had worsened to the point that anyone could tell it was inflammation, so I postponed all my work and had it removed. Before choosing the removal hospital, I also went to ㅁㅋ to get a removal estimate and to obtain my medical record copy (they said they can only issue it if you visit in person), and even though I had made an appointment and went, they said the consultation would only be with the manager At first I had no expectations, so I thought, ah, this hospital too.... no change, but since I had taken a half day off, I felt too bad about wasting my time ~~ Still, it is surgery, so shouldn't I hear from the director? When I said that, they said the vice director might have time, and called the vice director for me The vice director explained the removal clearly and spoke with confidence, but somehow I just couldn't bring myself to trust this hospital..... so in the end I only got my medical record copy and left Even at home, when I looked at the medical record copy, the surgery date was listed as 2023 I had it done in 2022 tho.. It feels like they pieced it together from my real surgical records.. just my guess, though. For reference, the medical record copy was issued after being requested from the removal-specialist hospital! Plastic surgery clinics really do nothing beyond plastic surgery. A plastic surgery hospital is for aesthetics; it's not a place to treat people like a general hospital.... If something goes wrong, they won't take responsibility, and from there on it's just your own problem~~~ In conclusion, the surgery was so-so, not bad. The response and aftercare were the worst~~ (For reference, I'm quiet and a bit timid, so I never once raised my voice at the hospital~~)
