It was my first surgery, and the tip of my nose naturally pointed downward. A non-implant approach was possible. The surgery used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and did not use donor rib or autologous costal cartilage xx During the consultation, they said it was a case that could be done without an implant, so I booked the surgery date right away that same day and got it done quickly. So far, as the weeks have passed, the remaining swelling has been going down little by little. The nasal tip has definitely come up compared to before, and I am satisfied with the frontal view too, but I can't feel fully at ease until the 6-month and 1-year follow-ups, so I plan to live carefully.. Just because it was implant-free doesn't mean it was some incredibly easy or comfortable surgery.
