The title says it all. Every time I look at my pre-op photos, I am shocked.... My nostrils were very exposed and my philtrum was way too long.. I reduced the philtrum by 4 mm! The thing I am happiest about after surgery at Litmus is probably the revision nose surgery. The philtrum was shortened too, so I ended up looking a bit younger, but if I had not done the nose, I do not think I would have felt this satisfied The nose also seems to have changed in a much more feminine way, and the tip shape is exactly what I wanted, and I am also most satisfied that my nostrils are not exposed when seen from the front! haha I hope I keep taking good care of it so it stays like this for a long time. The scar has now almost disappeared, recovery went well, and people around me ask which hospital I went to. Even a friend who saw my surgery went for a consultation. I did it for improvement, but I never expected it to turn out this pretty haha
