Before<Before paranasal augmentation and revision rhinoplasty>For the paranasal augmentation, I had an implant, and for the revision rhinoplasty, I had autologous dermis, ear cartilage, silicone, and septal cartilage. For my first surgery, I used donated costal cartilage, but my nasal tip drooped, so during the revision I only used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Since raising the nasal bridge could make it show through, I also had autologous dermis taken from behind the ear! I’m satisfied with my nostrils from the front, and I’m also satisfied with my side profile because the nasal tip still hasn’t drooped. This is why I think nose surgery should be done at a place with good word of mouth. My first surgery was also at a fairly large hospital, but I wasn’t satisfied ㅠㅠ so I ended up getting revision surgery. If you’re thinking about revision surgery, choose your hospital carefully, and clearly explain the nose you want so you can have a successful result.
