Real 7-Day Review of Male Revision Rhinoplasty + Philtrum Reduction

My long philtrum and the bulbous, crooked nose that remained even after my first nose surgery had been a long-standing concern. Then, at a gathering, I heard from an acquaintance that he had his nose done at Wooin, and they said it was done naturally, looked good, and left little scarring. Hearing it directly from someone I know made me more certain, so I went in for a consultation. The consultation was straightforward and focused only on the necessary points. The consultation coordinator created a comfortable atmosphere, and the doctor accurately understood my concerns and suggested the surgery I needed. During the surgery and recovery, because autologous costal cartilage was used, I felt pain in my ribs rather than in my nose or philtrum, but oddly enough I felt less pain at the surgical site itself. I also received close care by visiting every 2 to 3 days over 9 days. Since it was a revision surgery, I couldn't help being anxious, but having the chief surgeon handle everything personally made me feel more at ease. I had a lot of worries because of bad memories of aftercare at my previous hospital, but at Wooin they handled everything responsibly from consultation to aftercare, and that part was very satisfying. In the end, considering the swelling, the line definitely feels different from before. I think the nose shape I described during consultation was well reflected. Now I'm focusing on scar management and hoping the nose settles beautifully!
