Review of donor rib rhinoplasty !!!

My nose was naturally small, low, and on the short side, so I had always felt dissatisfied with it, but after thinking it over I got surgery! From the front it looked like a fleshy nose, and from the side there was a slight hump, so the overall shape of my nose was always on my mind. Then I had a consultation with Dr. Choo Seong-cheol at DDD (iee), and his explanation was detailed and the direction was clear, so I decided on this place! When I said I wanted a natural look somewhere between softly straight and just slightly straight, he looked at my nose and explained that rather than only raising the height, preserving the tip and the overall length would suit my face better! Because my case needed a little extra projection at the tip, he recommended donor rib cartilage. At first, honestly, I was a bit scared But he explained that ear cartilage alone would not give me the line I wanted, and that donor rib cartilage has good support, which also helps maintain the shape, so I was convinced! I also liked that, unlike autologous rib cartilage, it would not leave a rib scar!! I had surgery on the bridge and tip together, and while correcting the fleshy nose and hump as well, they also organized the tip cartilage and proceeded in a way that shaped the overall line! Because everything was adjusted at once, the surgical direction was exactly the feel I wanted! The day before surgery I was so nervous I could hardly sleep, but once it was over it was not as hard as I had expected. While the splint was on, my nose seemed huge, so I kept worrying and kept looking up reviews from this community, but as soon as the splint came off and I saw the line, I felt relieved lol. It has been 2 weeks now, and I really like the line itself! The fleshy-nose look has improved a lot, and the side profile is much cleaner too because the hump is gone. I can also see the tip gradually becoming more natural, so I am satisfied!! Looking at my old photos, it feels like, did I really look like that? Once the swelling goes down a little more, it should be exactly the look I wanted!
