A lump found before surgery was removed together during breast surgery

I am going to get mine every year without fail from now on The surgical method was Motiva Preserve, and the implant size was 315 cc on each side. I also asked about methods like dual-plane and submuscular fascia, and the doctor looked at my chest and said the Preserve should still be able to produce a sufficiently pretty shape. I had already been looking into breast surgery and heard a lot that this method causes less pain and allows a quick return to daily life, so I asked the doctor about it in detail, and they said it can only be done if certain conditions are met, and that my conditions were good. So I decided, since I was going to have surgery anyway, maybe it would be better if it hurt less, and I chose it lol. Of course the cost was enormous, but I have installment payments lololol Preserve does not mean it is definitely painless (anyone saying that is 100 percent a shill). I am not sure if it was because I was too tense, but in any case I had some muscle soreness and chills like I had the flu.. Still, it was not to the point that I could not move at all or that it was unbearably painful, and after resting for a few days I felt better. The shape after surgery turned out pretty, just like in the photos, and although it has only been two months, the sensation is loosening faster than I expected. The surgery method itself is one that recovers quickly and regains sensation quickly, but I think the fact that it is already this good after such a short time must be because the doctor is skilled.
