I had surgery with Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery. During the consultation, he explained everything carefully in a way that suited my face, which gave me confidence, and I liked that he designed it to have a natural masculine nose rather than making it excessively high. I am still recovering, but as the swelling goes down, the line keeps getting prettier, so I am satisfied. People around me also say my impression looks sharper, which makes me oddly happy. The aftercare has also been thorough, so I am recovering with peace of mind. The materials used were septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and a custom implant, and costal cartilage was not used. I recommend it to anyone who wants a natural-looking nose.
