After my first nose surgery, the tip has been getting more and more lifted. If I have revision surgery, would it be okay to do it with cartilage granules? And I’m also wondering whether revision alar reduction could leave too big of a scar.... After my first surgery, I really did not like the shape of my nose, so I’m planning to remove the silicone that was put in and get revision surgery. Since this means touching the same area twice, I want the surgery to be as simple as possible and leave as little scarring on the nose as possible. Looking at a video platform, I saw implant-free nose surgeries like Shasha Nose, so if there are places that do that kind of surgery, please recommend the clinics too. Since I have contracture, I’m looking at revision surgery more carefully......
