My facial features changed completely with just bulbous nose surgery

Before <before surgery> After <right after removing the splint> <2 weeks> <2 weeks> Right after surgery, it was really stuffy and hard because I couldn’t breathe through my nose, but after they removed the cotton the next day, I felt alive again A week later, after taking off the splint, as you can see in the photos, there was still swelling and blood scabs, but the line was so pretty that I thought it was such a relief After 2 weeks, I tried taking photos with makeup on using an app and also with the regular camera, and there wasn’t much difference from how it looked in real life..? I realized that if your nose is naturally pretty, you can even take pictures with the regular camera... I knew nose surgery could determine your whole impression, but comparing it with the before photos, it really is different When I first took off the splint and the line came out so well, I felt happy, but I was also flustered, wondering how it could look this different; I wouldn’t say I was ugly, but my nose was pressed down and blunt, so I looked younger than my age and my impression looked kind of unfocused. I had surgery to improve that, and I think they pinpointed the areas to improve well, right? The swelling is still going down, so I do have to wait. These days, when people around me see me, they’re all so surprised that it’s embarrassing to go out..
