Anesthesia doctor at contouring clinics

Guys, when looking into contouring clinics, is it right to check whether there is a resident anesthesiologist? I have been searching around and some places have an anesthesiologist while others do not. I heard that places without one usually bring someone in from outside. But they say it is safer for general anesthesia if there is a resident anesthesiologist... When you got contouring surgery, did you go to a place with an anesthesiologist on site?
